So, I dropped the whole wheat flour container on the floor today morning.

The earlier me: would have STARTED SELF CRITICISM, started calculating the loss, started playing my mothers words in my head which would continuously tell me how imperfect I am.
Making me feel frustrated, anxious, annoyed, and angry at myself!! Going downhill, and total loss!!

Today’s me is feeling indifferent, embracing the accident and telling myself “IT IS OK”. Getting an idea to make play dough out of the wheat flour. Moms’ words NOT ringing in my head anymore and I am moving on loving myself and enjoying the day!! Also posting it in the group!!
Who we BECOME after we let go of self-criticism and limiting beliefs is just MAGICAL!!
I am proud of my NEW peaceful, loving, and creative self!!!
