IS it helping you?
Is it making you powerful?
Is it adding ENERGY in you?
ARE you feeling HAPPY when you feel negative?
ARE YOU LOVING YOURSELF?

Self-criticism is the OPPOSITE of loving yourself!
SELF APPRECIATION AND CURIOSITY are DOORS TO SELF LOVE!!
